Evaluation of skills needed for vacancies advertised in my field that are matched to my individual strengths: 


I went online to search for different types of photography jobs, as this is what I would be ideally looking to do as a career in the future. 



This is the first example of a job that I have the required skills for and would be able to apply for now. I have 3 years worth of experience with photoshop as well as experience with other adobe tools such as light room and illustrator. 




This is an example of a vacancy that I would be able to apply for once I have finished my bachelors degree.  I am a strong photographer, I have years of experience with customer service and am able to thrive when it comes to customer facing work. 



This is something that I feel would be perfect for me, again I am a strong photographer and have many years of social media experience. I am versed with all types of social media and know how to navigate them competently. I have experience as a videographer and am able edit both photos and videos. Something like this is what I would be potentially looking for in the future. 








I have all of the necessary skills and qualifications required for this job. due to my own fine art practice I have experience with many of the tasks that will be required including, putting up and taking down exhibitions, maintaining materials and tools, keeping areas and workshops clean and safe, and due to my retail experience I am skilled with monitoring stock and ordering new stock when needed. 





This is an example of a vacancy that I will be able to apply for once I have graduated with my bachelors, I have experience with image editing software and I am interested in AI. I have a wide range of disciplines such as photography, abstract painting, printing, editing and cyanotypes. I am creative, passionate and innovative. 






A free lance photographer could be a carrier option for me in the future, however, it wouldn't be my first choice due to the unreliable aspect of the hours and income. I do have all of the necessary skills that would be required for this vacancy, I am and enthusiastic and talented photographer with experience with using studio equipment.












This vacancy offers a wide range of photography opportunities, I have most of the photography skills that are required and the rest of the necessary training would be provided. A vacancy like this would be the perfect opportunity to gain a lot of experience in a wide range of photography. 


















I would be more than qualified to take on a vacancy like this, this is a paid apprenticeship for content creation and film. I have experience with photography, some videography, which I would like to continue to expand on and I have have previous experience with some content creation for social media platforms such as TikTok. This apprentaships would provide me with all he necessary skills that I don't already have. 












I have all the necessary qualifications and skills that would be required for this vacancy. I have my maths GCSE, and I have experience setting up, taking down and supervising exhibitions and shows. My previous work within retail has given me the necessary skills to be able to communicate well and build strong relationships with customers and clients, face to face and also over the phone. I have a keen interest in crystals and they're properties, I am creative, a talented photographer and have experience navigating social media. The only skill that I would need to improve would be my ability to manage websites which I am already improving on, and I would need to move to Cambridge for this vacancy.















The only requirements that I don't as of right now for this vacancy are a full driving licence, which I will have within the next year and experience creating email templates and campaigns. However, both of these things are fairly easy to learn in a short space of time. I am proficient in photography and photoshop, I am creative and a good story teller. I am proficient in navigating various social media platforms and am knowledgable and able to keep up with the most recent trends.

 FMP evaluation: This FMP lasted 16 weeks and concludes the 2nd year of my Fine Arts Foundation Degree. To begin my project I started off with some photography of walks and hikes that I did while on holiday. The theme of this project was about recovery, this was a personal theme as last year I had come down very suddenly with an illness and have spend months recovering from it. I wanted this project to explore the themes of sickness, recovery, how these thing change and affect your every day life and the resilience and perseverance needed to get better.  Through a series of images I was able to document walks, hikes and meals that I would not have been able to do or eat a month before and I found this process empowering and liberating.  Final piece: As a final development for this project I was speaking to some of my course mates and one of them suggested the possibility of placing my cut outs outside. I really liked this idea and thought that it ties in well with my theme so I went into my back garden and placed the cut outs in different places such as against a stone wall and in a bush.  The first this I noticed while looking at my work outside is that I believe that this brought my work to life, it was as if everything fell into place and my work suddenly made complete sense while in an outside, natural environment.
